The blue shirt man must have done something really really terrible to deserve his punishment. Maybe he lied to Netflix and said his DVD got lost in the mail but actually did receive it. Maybe he watched someone trip and laughed to himself about it. Maybe he hated The Dark Knight. Who knows!
