Invisible Bread

Over the weekend, I went to the Rockstar Mayhem Festival and it was pretty awesome!  There were three stages, a ton of bands and a lot of musics for my ears.

Given that the whole event was put on by Rockstar, I knew that I would be able to find energy drinks at the show.  However, when I figured out where to get some, this is what I saw.

They were giving away FREE ROCKSTARS!

The fear that I wouldn’t be able to stop myself from drinking dozens of energy drinks was a real one.  They were free, plentiful and easy to obtain.   There were 5 different flavors, from what I remember, and I think the cans were those small 8 oz ones.

This was clearly set up to be a test of my willpower and my ability to stop myself from drinking so many that my heart would explode.  The fact that I’m writing this blog right now though means that I must have passed!  Phew!

In the end, I only drank four cans (in 2 hours)!  I’ll chalk that one up as a win for me!  Also, the Rockstar Recovery one was pretty dang good =)
