The Basics

    First? Think so.

    His legs are very uncooperative.

  • I sure hope he's not planning to drag himself back to his place on the sidewalk. He'll be wishing for rugburn by the time it's over.

  • Chris Kopcow

    There go his Olympic dreams

  • Billo

I'd suggest somersaulting, but the last time I saw someone somersault I ended up at the hospital with them.

  • daft

this happens to me every time I have a late shit I work, it is an eight mile walk home for me.

    • usajustin

That must be quite a painful poop.

  • Giraffe Fan

I drew an alternate ending. I hope you are not mad. Your comic is too hard to draw, and much funnier.

    • Haha, that's fantastic =)

      • Giraffe Fan

I'm glad you weren't angry. 😀 Drawing people is too hard. I don't know how you do it twice a week.
Maybe I should do a giraffe only comic. You know with things like two lady giraffes talking: "How was your date with the lion yesterday?" "Well, when he didn't order anything at dinner, I sneaked out and ran away."

  • Zorgtron

Haha I feel where he's coming from. I walked home from school (3 miles) and by the time I got home I felt like I was going to die and I had a huge bruise on my back where my backpack rubbed against it.

  • Persekore

Any time you find yourself having to say "Time to start running", you might as well just give up and not run, because things are about to go horribly wrong for everyone involved, and you'll probably find yourself eaten by a bear.

Unless you're in a race. Then, things only go horribly wrong for ALMOST everyone, and it might still be worth trying.

  • Giraffe Fan

I wonder if those other two guys were the ones from the May 3rd comic…

  • asdasdasd

Can we assume that comrade tongue will be called into action before the end of the journey?

  • Frank

7th (pi) panel made me LOL hard.

  • Aita

    I know these days well…

  • Reminds me of a duif comic. But this guy is more persistent.

  • i remember walking from school to home one time for adventure purposes. never again.

  • junky

and back in the 20th century, walking 3 miles to school was a short distance…

  • NarniaNerd

At that point, I would just roll home…beats dying on the sidewalk.

  • Dave_Harmon

Just remember, you don’t have to outrun the bear… you only need to outrun the other guy!
